The LanParte Pro Kit for Panasonic AU-EVA1 Camera includes the AU-EVA1 extension arm, a 10″ magic arm, a rosette handgrip, a gear ring, a V-mount battery pinch, a DC power cable, an EVF extension arm, a dual-rod clamp with rosettes, two 15mm aluminum rods, a universal matte box, a follow focus, a V-mount shoulder pad, a top cheese plate, and an ABS safety case.

The rosette handgrip features a non-slip rubber grip and a short extension arm that allows for height and angle adjustment, enabling you to position the handgrip farther away from the camera to make operation more comfortable. The built-in LANC cable on the extension allows you to maintain the use of all the original handgrip’s controls. The monitor extension arm allows you to extend and reposition the EVF for increased viewing comfort. The dual rod clamps are equipped with ARRI standard rosette adapters on both sides and allow you to attach and adjust the rosette-mount handgrip on your shoulder rig. The top cheese plate, aluminum rods, and the magic arm allow for easy rig expansion. The V-mount shoulder pad provides a comfortable platform for the rig to rest on your shoulder, and the sliding baseplate allows you to properly balance the camera after attaching it to the plate. The camera kit is equipped with a DC power cable and V-mount battery pinch to provide power to your camera.

LanParte Gear Ring with Pin-Lock Tightening Mechanism for Follow Focus

The Gear Ring with Pin-Lock Tightening Mechanism for Follow Focus from Lanparte is a rubber gear with a standard pitch of 0.8 and a maximum diameter of 4.1″. The pin-lock tightening mechanism secures the gear ring to ensure that the follow focus gear drive has a slip-free grip on the focus ring of your camera lens.

LanParte DC Power Cable for Sony FS5 Cinema Camera

Use this DC Power Cable from LanParte to provide power to your Sony PXW-FS5 camera via the LanParte V-Mount Battery Pinch (available separately). The cable can also be used with any device accepting 12V power through a 2.1 x 5.5mm port.

LanParte VBP-01 V-Mount Battery Pinch

Power your camera rig with the LanParte VBP-01 V-Mount Battery Pinch. Featuring multiple power outputs and an integrated HDMI splitter, this unit provides effective power and video signal management. Three barrel jacks provide 12, 7.4, and 5 VDC of power output to different rig components, while a USB output is available for charging your mobile or wireless device. A barrel jack power input can charge the battery while tethered. Using the integrated 15mm LWS rod clamp, this battery plate can be mounted onto the rear of a shoulder rig. Having the device in this configuration allows you to use it and the battery as a counterweight for an otherwise front-heavy rig.

LanParte MB-01 4×4 Rod-Mounted DSLR Swing-Away Matte Box

The LanParte MB-01 4×4 Rod-Mounted DSLR Swing-Away Matte Box is a 4 x 4 matte box that fits lenses with a maximum front outer diameter of 100mm. It features ABS plastic and aluminum construction that makes it lightweight. It features two rotating 4 x 4 filter stages and mounts onto lightweight 15mm rods. The matte box incorporates a swing-away design for rapid lens changes. The included 4 x 4 filter trays can slide in the rotating stages, allowing you to adjust their height.

The included removable top and side flags can be precisely set and locked to block stray light from flaring your lens. The included anti-reflection rings protect your image by blocking stray light behind the camera bouncing off of filters in the matte box and flaring your image. In addition, the interior of the matte box is finished with a black anti-reflective coating to reduce reflection off the matte box back onto filters.

Lightweight Construction

The matte box itself is made out of ABS plastic, with aluminum used for the support structure. This provides a lightweight yet sturdy unit that is appropriate for shooting hand-held or with a stabilizer rig, when every ounce counts.

Swing Away Design

The swing-away design allows you to quickly move the matte box out of the way to check or change lenses, without having to remove the matte box from the support rods. This way you don’t have to hand off the matte box to someone else, hold it under an arm or between your knees, or hang it under the rods while you work, greatly speeding your workflow and reducing the chance of dropping the matte box or having a filter tray fall out.

Rotating 4 x 4 Filter Trays

The matte box features two independently rotating 4 x 4 filter trays; this allows you to simultaneously rotate two filters, such as one polarizer and one graduated filter, or even two graduated filters, for creative effect. The filter stages each rotate 90° and feature a tray locking knob, which allows you to adjust the height of the filter and lock it in place. This is a useful feature when using graduated filters in your matte box. The filter trays feature a center detent, so you can easily position them exactly in the middle.

Top & Side Flags

The removable top and side flags provide you additional flare control and attach to the matte box with a lockable hinged assembly. This allows you to precisely set your flags to match the edge of frame for different lenses and lock them in place so that they don’t move during the shot.
Each side flag is made from two pieces with a pivot point that allows you to pivot the outer flap approximately 45° providing additional height so that the side flags can butt up against the top flag when it is in a raised position. The outer flap of the side flags run in a track, and a locking thumb nut allows you to lock the side flags pivot adjustment.

Anti-Reflection Inserts

The four included anti-reflection inserts work with your lenses. They provide a light-tight seal so that light from behind the camera cannot leak through where the lens joins the matte box and reflect off filters to flare your image.

LanParte Follow Focus V2 with Hard Stops for 15mm Rods

The Lanparte Follow Focus V2 clamps onto 15mm LWS rods, allowing you to smoothly and accurately pull focus with cinema and DSLR lenses equipped with gear rings. Its quick release design that lets you easily snap it onto the rods without having to remove other rod-mounted accessories, such as a matte box. Integrated into the follow focus are A and B hard stops, letting you set start/end points on DSLR lenses that have continuously rotating focus rings. Additionally, the follow focus features an ARRI standard accessory port for using optional focus whips and speed cranks. A standard 0.8 pitch gear comes includes, which can be positioned on either side of the gearbox, as well as a removable magnetic marking disc. Also included is an adjustable gear ring for use with DSLR lenses that lack integrated focus gear rings.

LanParte EVF Extension Arm for Sony PXW-FS5

This LanParte EVF Extension Arm for the Sony PXW-FS5 allows you to extend and reposition the EVF for increased viewing comfort. No tools are necessary; the arm attaches to the camera’s original EVF mount via a thumbscrew. Its rotatable design allows it to be positioned at multiple angles, and it slides to extend the EVF up to 4″ from the mount. This lightweight arm is constructed from black-finished aluminum.

LanParte Top Cheese Plate for Panasonic AU-EVA1

The Top Cheese Plate for Panasonic AU-EVA1 from LanParte is composed of two pieces that mount onto the top of the camera, fitting around the base of the original AU-EVA1 top handle. The plate features both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes. When installing the plate, the camera’s EVF cable should be removed from its original location and relocated to the side of the cheese plate.
