he Monopod V-Lock Plate from LanParte is designed to facilitate handheld or monopod use of ENG-style camcorders. Weighing just 10.4 oz, this ultralight plate is compatible with standard VCT-14 type interfaces. The V-Lock Plate’s compact design enables shoulder use when mounted and for optimal positioning, it rotates 180°.

Plate features include a push-lever release, a safety screw, and both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting threads.
